My Story
Hi, I’m Ross.
A few years ago I found myself somewhere I never expected to be.
Overweight, out of shape, and slowly letting my standards slip.
At my heaviest I was bouncing between 110kg and 120kg, constantly trying new diets and quick fixes that never lasted.
Like most people, I would make progress for a few weeks…
then fall straight back into old habits.
Eventually I realised the real problem wasn’t motivation.
It was structure, discipline and standards.
So I decided to rebuild properly.
The Turning Point
Instead of chasing short-term diets, I focused on creating sustainable habits around training, nutrition and routine that could actually work alongside a busy professional life.
Over time the weight started to come off.
Not through extremes or quick fixes but through consistent, structured change.
In total I lost over 30kg and completely transformed how I looked, felt and lived.
But the biggest change wasn’t just physical.
It was the shift in confidence, discipline and self-respect that came with it which opened so many doors in life.
From Personal Transformation to Helping Others
When I shared my transformation online, the response was overwhelming.
My story ended up reaching hundreds of millions of views on TikTok and was featured across major international news outlets.
But what struck me most wasn’t the attention.
It was how many people said they were in exactly the same position I had been in.
Busy careers.
Years of gradual weight gain.
Standards slipping without even realising it.
People weren’t looking for another quick diet.
They were looking for a way to rebuild properly.
Why I Do This
Unlike many fitness "influencers" online, I didn’t grow up as a natural athlete or live in a gym.
I’m a normal guy with a corporate career, a social life and real world responsibilities.
Which means I understand exactly what it’s like to balance training, nutrition and discipline around a busy lifestyle.
I also know what it feels like to:
• struggle to walk upstairs without getting out of breath
• feel uncomfortable in your own clothes
• avoid social situations because of how you look
And I know how powerful it feels to change that.
To move better.
Sleep better.
Look better.
And feel genuinely confident again.
A Sustainable Life
The biggest misconception about fat loss is that it requires a life of restriction.
It doesn’t.
I still enjoy good food.
I still socialise (in fact more now).
I still live a normal life around family, career and friends.
The difference now is that I do it with structure and standards.
And that’s exactly what I help others build.
