My fat loss story
Hey I’m Ross,
I was just an average guy, in my very late 20s, who thought I had let myself go and had to shift a few pounds. Well after countless failed diet attempts and bouncing between 110kgs and 120kgs at my heaviest I decided to do something once and for all!
I was looking for a solution to my ever expanding waistline, so I focused on forming new sustainable habits and behaviours by following a new diet, exercise and weight training around my busy lifestyle. I decided to show some before and after photos on TikTok and I got crazy views (100s of millions). Then questions started coming in via social media and the international press asking what my secret was. I was overwhelmed by the amount of people who were in the same situation that I was in a few years back so I decided to share what I know to help people like you feel great again!
The truth is, the internet is full of in-great-shape early 20-something probably not all that natural fitness “influencers” selling cook books, meal plans and gym workout plans. A lot of these people have always been in shape coming from an athletic background naturally gravitating to this as a job to make a living.
So what’s my credentials? Now I'm a fully qualified personal trainer passionate to help people get the healthy body they deserve. I’m just a normal guy with a 9-5 corporate job and large part of that life that evolves around having a good time. Before I knew it I was obese because years of overeating and drinking will catch up with you! I turned it all around though and have kept the weight off for a few of years now, so I have been there and I know what it's really like. I know how It feels to be out of shape, having a hard time to walk up stairs or bending over to tie my shoe laces. I know how it feels to think I look terrible, struggling to find clothes that make me feel good and not wanting to go out.
However, I also know what it feels like to loose a life changing amount of weight, feeling amazing and confident, being genuinely happy and motivated in life. Buying clothes that I could never of dreamed of wearing before, sleeping better, moving better and feeling better with improved health has made a huge difference to my life.
I still occasionaly have enjoyable foods. I'm a Pizza and Manhattans kind of guy! I still socialise and live a 'normal' life around my family and career. And I can teach you how to do the same!
