For digital products items are usually delivered within 1 hour however please allow up to 24 hours for any unforeseen technical issues.

 

For any other product- We take pride in brining our customers great value and service and that is why we provide reliable and fast shipping. As our products are personalised they are made to order. We use fully tracked shipping and providers such as local postal services, FEDEX, UPS, DHL and DPD.

 

We are proud to offer international shipping however there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those counties when ordering we will contact you.

 

Lost/Missing packages

 

Diet Recovery Hacks are not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that you have a correct billing and shipping addresses before processing your order. If we have made an error we will take full responsibility for the original order.

 

Customs

 

We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you which may incur a customs / import fee or tax when they arrive in your country which you would be liable for.
