WHAT IS KETO?

KETO RULES TO FOLLOW

1. Keep carbs under 20g per day

  • Read labels. Avoid pasta, bread, rice, potatoes.

2. Eat protein at every meal

3. Don’t fear fat

  • Add olive oil, cheese, butter, mayo.

4. No snacking

  • Eat enough at meals to feel satisfied.

5. Drink 2-3L of water daily

  • Add electrolytes or a pinch of salt.

Breakfast: 5 eggs fried in butter or olive oil Lunch: Chicken thigh salad with cheese + olive oil Dinner: Mince & veg stir fry (courgette, mushrooms, spinach)
